General conditions of sale
Owner of the website www.agrizeus.it is Tecnofruit of Chiabrando Daniele with registered office in Revello (CN), via Senaude Bastie 1, P.iva 02958050045, enrolled in the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce at the num. Cn-2550860 of the business register. Each purchase operation will be regulated by the provisions of Legislative Decree. 185/99, dlgs. 206/05; The information directed to the conclusion of the contract will be subjected to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subjected to the legislation of the new European Regulation no. 679/2016.

These conditions apply to all the orders made, with any means of the following, for all the items and services offered on www.agrizeus.it
Acceptance General Conditions of Sale
This contract is a remote contract pursuant to art. 50 and ss. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The contract that has as its object the sale of movable property between Chiabrando Daniele (hereinafter called Agrizeus) and the consumer (hereinafter "Customer") must be understood with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Agrizeus. The acceptance will be sent by Agrizeus to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer on the occasion of the order. By placing an online order, the Customer declares that he has read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure, that he has understood them and to fully accept these conditions and payment conditions as foreseen by Agrizeus. These conditions and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Agrizeus, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Agrizeus. Any changes and/or additions to the conditions will be effective with effect from the date on which they will be communicated to the public and will apply to sales carried out by this date.The latest updated version of the conditions is the one available on www.agrizeus.it. Once the purchase procedure is completed, the customer is required to print or save electronic copy of these General Conditions of Sale.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, deposit fees, or other applicable taxes in the country of destination of the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These costs are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs indicated at the time of purchase and may be requested directly by customs authorities or the courier at the time of delivery.
We invite customers to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order to determine if such charges are applicable.
Purchase methods
The Customer can only purchase the products in the AGRIZEUS electronic catalog at the time of the order of the order and viewable online at www.agrizeus.it, as described in the relative information sheets. It is understood that the image attached to the descriptive card of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, dimensions, accessories possibly present in the figure. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Agrizeus by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer during the purchase. The message proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. In the event of non -acceptance of the order, Agrizeus guarantees timely communication to the Customer. Agrizeus reserves the right to cancel the orders considered not reliable without any notice. In this circumstance, if the customer has made the payment and this is already credited, Agrizeus will proceed to the immediate reversal of the total amount of the order. By purchasing a summary e-mail from www.agrizius.it through the website www.agrizeus.it, the customer will receive from Agrizeus, with which he will be informed that his own purchase proposal is being developed and will be considered accepted, unless contrary to the e-mail or telephone communication transmitted by Agrizeus within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the summary e-mail. After this term, the contract in half the internet is to be understood to be perfected.
Processing of personal data
Agrizeus pursuant to the new European Regulation n. 679/2016 informs that the personal personal and tax data also verbally acquired in reference to the commercial relations established, provided directly by the interested parties, or differently acquired in the context of the company's activity, they will form the subject of treatment in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, including the obligations of confidentiality by these.
Customer obligations
The customer is held, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The forwarding of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and their acceptance. Finally, the customer is held, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these General Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion phase of the contract.
Express resolutive clause
In case of non -total or partial payment of the purchase price of the asset Agrizeus reserves the right to declare pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer's electronic address.
Definition of the order
with the sending of the online order, the Customer transmits to Agrizeus a proposal to purchase the product and/or the products included in the cart. When the customer plays an online order for the products he has included in the cart, he agrees to buy them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. In particular, Agrizeus will not accept orders:
• If the material, at the time of the order, was not available in the warehouse and/or
• If the customer cannot or do not want to pay using credit cards (paypal) or bank transfer.
